The following photos, courtesy of Elena Cowie, were taken at the LLCG Christmas panto on Saturday 8th December at the Club Hastings. The LLLCG is happy to say that we received no negative feedback from the event. The performance, by Chaplin's Pantos, was well produced and presented, very interactive - the kids really got into it - and many parents commented that the £4.00 cover charge was well worth it.
For any comedians out there, no, Tony Blair did not take part - even though he took part in a ten year pantomime in Downing Street. The actor (Slippery Sid) in the striped costume in the second photo is actually wearing a Tony Blair mask, though we feel he is every bit as slippery as Mr Blair :-)
